STOP PAYING FOR YOUR BUSY LIFE WITH YOUR ENERGY
A year-round Qigong and integrative well-being program to help you restore your energy, reduce stress, and feel more like yourself again, even when life gets busy.
Imagine carving out a moment in your week that’s just for you: a space to slow down, move gently, listen to your body and reconnect with yourself.
This program follows the natural rhythms of the seasons: it’s live, online, with classes, workshops, and more. It’s designed having especially in mind women managing hormonal imbalances (menopause, thyroid disorders) and autoimmune conditions, and who are tired of paying for their exhaustion with the quality of their work, their focus, and their sense of self. However, men are very welcome too — my male students find the practices beneficial too.
Whether you’re new to Qi Gong or returning to it, you’re welcome here.
Why It Matters
You are not tired because you are doing too little. You are tired because your body was never designed for the pace you are keeping — and the cost is showing up at your desk. In the decisions you keep postponing. The focus that slips. The version of yourself you know you are capable of being, but cannot quite reach.
You have tried many things. What you have not found yet is a practice that works with your body rather than against it.
“You don’t need to push harder. You need a different kind of support.”
What Women Often Notice
As they continue with the programme, many women report:
- More stable energy throughout the day
- Better sleep and deeper rest
- Less overwhelm and mental clutter
- Greater resilience to stress
- Improved focus and mental clarity
- Feeling calmer and more grounded
- A renewed sense of vitality
- More ease navigating hormonal changes and the demands of midlife
- Greater trust in their body
- More joy, presence and appreciation of everyday life
- A healthier relationship with rest
These experiences develop gradually through regular practice and may vary from person to person.
A Program That Moves With the Seasons
This is not a course with an end date. It is a living program that follows the natural energetic cycle of the seasons as understood through Traditional Chinese Medicine, because the body does not exist outside of nature. It moves with it. And when your practice moves with it too, something shifts.
Each season has its own quality of energy, its own demands on the body, its own invitation:
- Spring asks you to rise.
- Summer asks you to expand.
- Late Summer asks you to return to your center.
- Autumn asks you to gather.
- Winter asks you to rest.
The program honours all of it, so that instead of pushing against the season you are in, you learn to work with it. This is what sustainable restoration looks like. Not a protocol, a rhythm.

Seasonal Workshops and More
The Moments That Deepen the Practice
Seasonal Workshops. At each seasonal transition, we meet for a deeper exploration of the energetic quality of the season ahead through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qi Gong. These are the moments where the practice stops being something you do and starts being something you understand from the inside. For women whose exhaustion lives partly in the disconnection from their own natural rhythm, these workshops are often the most transformative part of the program (Included in the annual plan; dates and prices available in September, 2026).
Monthly Meditation. Once a month, dedicated space for stillness. For the women who want to take the inner work beyond movement and into the deeper layers of regulation and presence. (Included in the annual plan) All meditation proceeds go directly to charity.
Special events. Throughout the year, we may also offer special events dedicated to specific themes and practices. These are opportunities to explore particular aspects of Qigong, meditation, breathwork and other practices in greater depth.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience with Qi Gong?
None at all. The program is designed to be accessible to complete beginners while offering genuine depth for women who have been practising for years. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced — just willing.
What do I need to participate?
A space large enough to stretch your arms out, comfortable clothing, and a Zoom connection. No equipment required.
What if I can’t make a live session?
Class recordings will be available for 5 days, so you can catch up and won’t miss anything.
How soon might I notice a difference?
This varies from person to person and depends on how consistently you practise. Many women notice a shift in sleep quality and nervous system regulation within the first two to three weeks. The effects on mental clarity, focus, and energy at work tend to deepen over one to three months of consistent practice. This is not a sprint. It is a program designed to restore from the inside out.
What is the difference between the monthly and the annual option?
The monthly tiers (€40 or €60) give you flexibility, you can join or cancel at any time. The annual enrollment is for two sessions per week, paid upfront at €580 for the full year — the equivalent of €30 per month, saving €120, or two months free. It also includes the 5 seasonal workshops and the 12 monthly meditation sessions, that are not included in the monthly plan, although a special member price is applied for the Essential and Complete plan members.
What is your cancellation policy for the monthly options?
You can cancel at any time. There are no long-term commitments at the monthly level. I would rather you join when it feels right and leave when it no longer serves you than stay out of obligation.
What is included in the private library?
Short practices, self-massage and acupressure protocols from Traditional Chinese Medicine, seasonal resources, and everything added going forward. The library grows continuously and all additions are included at no extra cost.
Where do the meditation proceedings go?
To charity. This is a commitment I made when I began offering meditation sessions and it will not change. I will always be transparent about which organisations I am supporting and my students’ suggestions are always welcome.
I don’t have hormonal imbalances or thyroid or autoimmune conditions. Is this program suitable for me?
Almost certainly yes. The program is designed around the underlying patterns that Traditional Chinese Medicine identifies as the root of most of what women experience as chronic exhaustion, hormonal fluctuation, and immune dysregulation — high cortisol, nervous system dysregulation, and Kidney Qi deficiency.
These are not conditions exclusive to a diagnosis. They are patterns that show up across a very wide range of symptoms and experiences: persistent fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, anxiety, burnout, difficulty recovering from stress, feeling wired but tired, losing the thread of who you were before life got this heavy. They also lie at the root of the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause, which affect every woman regardless of any prior diagnosis.
If you are a woman who feels that her energy, her nervous system, or her capacity to restore is not working the way it should, this program was made for you. A diagnosis is not required. What matters is that your body is asking for something different, and you are ready to listen.
Imagine how things could feel a few months from now
Imagine starting your day feeling that you have the energy to live it, not simply to get through it.
Being able to approach your work with a clearer, more focused mind. Noticing when you need to slow down before you reach the point of complete exhaustion.
Imagine understanding your body, its signals and its rhythms better. Knowing what to do when you feel under pressure, when your mind won’t switch off, or when you notice your energy beginning to drop.
Over time, your Qi Gong practice can become something that goes beyond the time you spend in a session. It can become a different way of being in your body and moving through your day.
More present. More centred. More aware of your energy and how you use it.
This doesn’t mean having perfect days or never feeling tired. It means having tools you can return to and a practice that supports you as life continues, with work, commitments, changes and everything else that comes with it.
This is the transformation I want to help you cultivate through this program: not simply practising Qi Gong once or twice a week, but gradually learning how to bring it into your everyday life.
I hope to see you inside.
