• Uploading, sharing, or distributing illegal, adult (pornographic), abusive, offensive, or copyright-infringing content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security features of our website and teaching platform.

• Our teaching platform integrates with third-party services Zapier.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you connect.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party integrations.

• We strive to respond to all tickets in a timely manner but do not guarantee specific response times.

9. Affiliates
• Affiliates will be paid 60 days after a sale has been processed to allow for refund requests.
• Affiliates must comply with all laws and our affiliate program terms.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

10. Restrictions on Export, Copying, or Resale
• You may not export, copy, resell our courses or any part of them without express written permission from Paola Devescovi.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
• We do not guarantee that our teaching platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bridge Center of Transformation and Paola Devescovi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
